Weight loss is not a big game if you really know the diet plan.
A right diet plan helps you to loose weight daily ! Yes Daily.
For example , lets assume your weight is 80 kg. And you are a house lady.
Here are the some tips and a Diet plan for you to Obey.
1. From now you are on a mission to loose minimum 6 kg weigh per month.
2. Ok, lets start the day now !
3.Just after wake up in the morning. Just Drink Luke warm water , 2 glass daily for a month. Next month you have to add a tea spoon of Honey in this warm water. And in third month, you have to add half lemon and a tea spoon of Honey in a glass of water.
4. After one hour of drinking the above glass. You have to take a healthy break fast. Healthy break fast means :
Two season fruits and A glass of milk without Cream.
Now you are done with your break fast.
5. Its your Lunch time now.
Just before a Hour of your Lunch ; Drink one glass of normal water.
During Lunch, You have to add at least one green vegetable and Salad.
And Quantity of Fats should be very very less. But take full lunch.
6. Evening Snakes ! In evening time, you generally fell hunger ness !
Dont worry . Yoy dont have to be panic. Because now a days you are not on Dieting ! But on a 'balanced diet' So in evening you have to take at least 100 gram Dry fruits with tea. But Remember ! tea should contain less milk and suger. And if you like green tea, you can take it instead of normal Tea.
7. Now , Dinner time !
Your dinner should be very light and nutritional in nature.
So, go for a glass of water half an hour before the Dinner.
Take your dinner at least 2 hours before you go to bed.
Avoid drinking water after the Dinner.
Drink at least 4 liter of water before dinner, in whole day.
So, Start it and see your body transforming and your soul rejoicing.
