How 25 kg Weight loss without dieting and Starvation .



Pooja is from Gajiabad (India). Her friend messaged me over whatsaap and said “ kindly help my friend to loose weight. Next day I called Pooja and ask her Body measurement. (In Feb. 2015)  . Her Details are as follows. 
Name : Pooja
Age : 31 year
Height : 5 feet 1 inch
Weight : 98 kg
Thyroid : yes , Hyper thyroid
Blood Pressure : Slightly Increased with hyper tension
Breakfast : Not Regular
Lunch : Heavy and time was not specific
Dinner : Late Night
Daily Water consumption : Hardly 2 Liter a day
Physical Activity : Good (As she is house wife)
Tiredness : Yes , Often
Weight History : 2 year Before 89 kg, Before one year 94 kg
Menstruation : Regular
Feel Hunger : Yes ,so she had to eat between meals.
Etc etc

As I know , tiredness, irregular meals,Blood pressure are due to mal-nutrition , And hungerness feeling was due to inadequate protein in meal. so I assured her that after regular nutrition diet she will get rid of these issues. And what about weight ! that was her next question .I told her if she will be regular to my diet plan , yes ! weight will be lose . I signed her as a Herbalife associate (so that she could get minimum 25 % discount on each nutrition product) , Sent My Herbalife Diet Chart by Courier and we started the journey to shed body fat.
After telling her the Herbalife diet plan , I asked her to give me feedback of the diet on 3rd day/ 10th  day / 30th day in the first month. Yes she was really very serious about the weight , so she called me according to the schedule. And feedback me the essential developments.
In the first month her developments were as ;
Hungerness : Controlled
Tiredness : No
Weight : 93 kg
Inches Loss : 1.5 inch
So first month was quite encourageious for us . And with more confidence we can lead forward. I sent next diet chart (2nd month-3rd month-4th month etc. ) and additionally suggested her to go for a walk of 45 minutes 5 day a week.
In between she had to go out of station for 15 days (in 3rd month ) and didt followed the diet schedule properly . I said no problem, give a break to herbalife diet, take your regular meals there (but be aware of high calorie intake, oil, ghee,milk products etc.) When she returned , her weight was ok , and she continued the Diet plan again. After 5 months she was 74 kg with 6 inch loss (with normal blood pressure and controlled thyroid) .And still following the schedule to attain her dream 60 kg weight .
This journey find some conclusions,

Diet plan and the follower give results.
Sincerity of follower is essential.

How Pooja loosed weight , that is the question , yes ! let me tell you the science behind it.
She was not regular with breakfast lunch and dinner, it caused extra fat accumulation in her body.She used to drink little water so her metabolism was comparatively slow, She used to eat between meal so it caused more fat accumulation .Here was our Herbalife diet plan than, Low calorie, Protein added, and timely scheduled.Now she use to take 3 meals (2 herbalife meals and one normal meal ) on time, low in calorie, more in nutrition. So the timely scheduled meals, protein added meal, adequate water drinking made the change. Say it Art or Science , but it made a change in someone’s body and some body’s life.
